Not sure yet whether ranges will be set in 4,500, 9,000, 20,000 or 45,000. Will have to wait a while to study the info as it comes in. I started with 20,000 because this is the way they have been reported in the past. I believe these notes are printed 45 “ on “ and the printer may be cutting up 100 sheets at a time for use as inserts.

The low BEK Jenkins-Dodge “ printed in 2003 “reported to date was 8.62. I believe the high BEK Knight-Dodge is around 8.62. We should probably expect to see about 1,400,000 printed in total with some being used as insert/replacements and the remainder circulated in bricks.
